What payment method can I use to make my purchase online?
The available payment methods are:

Is it safe to use my credit card on the web?
Yes. We use secure payment systems. Confidential payment data by credit or debit card are transmitted directly and encrypted (SSL) to the financial institution. Credit card data is not recorded in any of our databases. They are only used at the virtual POS (Point of Sale Terminal) of our financial institution (Caixa Bank), through its Secure Payment Gateway.
For what reason could my credit card be declined?
If your card is rejected, it may be for one of the following reasons:
– The card could be expired. Check that your card does not exceed the validity date.
– You may have reached the limit of the card to make purchases. Check with your bank.
– It may be that some data entered is incorrect. Check that you have filled in all the necessary fields with the correct information.
– When making the payment through the secure payment gateway, the system will automatically verify that the card is activated for Secure Electronic Commerce. Next, it will connect with the financial entity that issued it, which will ask the buyer to authorize the operation by means of a personal authentication code. The operation will only be carried out if the bank issuing the credit card confirms the authentication code and at that moment the charge will be made on the card. Otherwise, the transaction will be rejected.
How can I make my payment by bank transfer?
It is very simple. Once this payment option is selected, we will send you an email indicating the steps to follow and providing you with the account number where you can make the deposit.
The term to carry out the transfer will be 3 days from the date the order was placed. This will not be confirmed until the deposit has been made effective in our account. If after the period of 5 days we have not received the income, we will proceed to cancel the order.
The transfer costs will always be paid by the buyer.
Can I get an invoice in the name of my company?
Yes. If when creating your account, in the “address” section you have indicated that you are a company and you have entered your CIF or NIF. If you are an individual or self-employed person, you can also request it during the purchase process, indicating it in the “company name” field. You will receive your invoice at the indicated email address.
SHIPPING
The customer will choose the place for receiving the goods at the time of placing the order.
The transport service will be managed by the transport company Correos.
You will have to provide a delivery address where the shipment can usually be delivered.
The service can be tracked through the link that will be sent by email to the customer once the order is confirmed.
In the event that the shipment does not arrive in perfect condition and has any visible damage, it may be refused, or you may accept it by noting the content review reservation on the delivery note. If the damage is not visible, you will have 48 hours to file the relevant claim. Transport claims will not be accepted after the indicated dates.
The delivery time will be from 48 to 96 business hours (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays), once the order has been confirmed and paid for.
However, abellaibiza.com is exonerated from all liability in cases in which the established period is exceeded due to a fortuitous event, force majeure or due to third parties unrelated to abellaibiza.com. In addition, it must be taken into account that the deadlines are computed in working days and that they may be altered by local or national holidays.
Shipping costs will be calculated at the time of online purchase.
They will be free for deliveries in Ibiza and Formentera and from the following amounts for the rest:
Spain and Andorra: 30€
Rest of Europe: 80€
Rest of the world: 150€
RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The client will benefit from the legal guarantee of hidden services in the products sold. However, the guarantee will not be valid if damage occurs due to incorrect treatment, if the product is returned open, with the packaging in poor condition or deteriorated. All our liability derived from the incorrect use of the products after their delivery is excluded.

We offer the customer the possibility of CANCELING OR RETURNING AN ORDER if they have not been satisfied with the purchase. The client will have a period of 7 business days from the delivery of the product to withdraw, totally or partially, from the purchase, in accordance with the applicable legislation. Once this period has expired, we will not accept returns for withdrawal of purchases. To proceed with the return, please send us an email to the email address info@abellaibiza.com indicating: full name, order number, order date, reason for the return, place and time of collection and contact telephone number .
Once we have received your return request, we will contact you to process the return and refund using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Returns caused by breakage, defective merchandise or errors in the processing of your order are made at no cost, reimbursing 100% of the cost of the merchandise as well as the costs of shipping and returning the merchandise.
In voluntary returns without justified cause, the shipping costs will be paid by the customer, these will be the same shipping costs of the initial order if it is made from the same address, or the amount generated from another address to the initial one.
The right of withdrawal must be carried out in accordance with the provisions of current Spanish legislation. The client will not have the right to withdraw in the cases established in the applicable regulations and, especially, with an enunciative and non-limiting nature, in the following:
- Products that are not completely intact or that show damage, deformation, deterioration and/or alterations of any kind.
- The return must be made using the same box or envelope used in the delivery or, failing that, in a similar format that guarantees the return of the products in perfect condition.
- Within 48 hours of receiving the returned product, it will be verified and the refund will be made. Abella Ibiza will reserve the right not to make the refund if it detects that the purchased product and the returned product do not match or that the return has not been made in accordance with the provisions of the previous paragraphs.
