FAQS
How do they work?
The beeswax wraps stick with the heat of our hands, gently press them until they adapt to whatever you want to cover.
They stick on different materials and to themselves, so you can create a bag or wrap a sandwich to take your snack away from home.
You can use them in your kitchen, in the refrigerator, in the freezer or outdoors, protecting them from the sun and high temperatures.
How to wash them?
because they are sensitive to heat, it is not a good idea to put the wraps in the washing machine or dishwasher. To make them last longer wash them by hand with cold water and neutral soap. Let them air dry and they are ready to use again.
How to store them?
Once clean and dry, you can store them in a drawer away from heat sources, or roll them up and have them on hand in the kitchen. If the weather is very hot, you can store them in the refrigerator until you need to use them.
How to refresh them?
When you notice that your wraps have lost their stickiness, it is time to recharge them. You can use our recharge pill or simply put a little beeswax on top of the wrap, and melt it in the oven or with a clothes iron. Find our tutorials here
And if I do not wish to refresh them?
Your wraps are biodegradable, so you can use them in a fireplace or barbecue as fire starters, or cut them into small pieces and throw them in the compost bin.
Other ideas: use them as a tablecloth to avoid staining the table, cut them into strips to use as ropes.
